#KiniNews: ‘PN falling apart? Not my problem’, PAS ready to take over PN

[KiniNews] Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has brushed aside claims of efforts to revive the former Muafakat Nasional pact between PAS and Umno, saying any decision rests with the parties involved.

He also declined to comment on whether turmoil within Perikatan Nasional would benefit the government.

Meanwhile PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang has indicated that his party is poised to assume leadership of Perikatan Nasional.

He said several names, including his own, were being considered to replace the coalition’s former chairperson and Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin.
