An English teacher who uploaded a video supposedly claiming the 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir being put into a washing machine has admitted it was merely “content.”This was revealed by Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail in the Dewan Rakyat today.He said the teacher, whose video went viral on social media, made the admission after being detained by police recently.
