Universiti Malaya says it offers up to 160 spots for its accounting programme each intake, after questions were raised by MCA president Wee Ka Siong.
According to vice-chancellor Noor Azuan Abu Osman, 85 places go to students applying through UPU, 28 are reserved for UM’s own feeder programme, and another 30 to 50 are filled through direct intake via its Open Channel “Satu” system.
